MEREDITH CLAYTON

Founder and Lead Designer

Meredith leads the team with completely unique and simply beautiful designs. When she’s not immersed in the bustle of the studio, she can be found cooking, gardening, traveling, spending time outside and on the water, cheering on her daughter, and hopefully finding time to read.

Meredith leads the team with completely unique and simply beautiful designs. When she’s not immersed in the bustle of the studio, she can be found cooking, gardening, traveling, spending time outside and on the water, cheering on her daughter, and hopefully finding time to read.

LAUREN TERRY

Designer

Originally from Indiana and a recent transplant from Tennessee, Lauren's bubbly demeanor brightens any environment. A talented sewist with a background in costume and theater design, Lauren is our resident textile expert. When not at work Lauren can be found exploring Vermont with her husband Kyle.

Operations Manager

Culinary director and snack specialist. The logistics guy. Expert tent greener and flower packer with an innate sense of timely delivery. In his spare time, Phillip can be found snowboarding, boating, and paddling around VT, or dreaming up his next diving trip in the Caribbean.

With design capabilities beyond her years we can't wait to see how she continues to grow. A key part of the "breakdown" crew, Aubrey has an intimate knowledge of how to pack a van! Outside of helping with the family business she enjoys skiing, playing soccer, DJing for her friends and family and watching re-runs of the Thundermans.
